I have been a dedicated chef for over 20 years and have spent most of my career – teaching junior chefs to run a service and cook with passion, teaching waitstaff how to care for customers and teaching restaurant owners how to be successful. I have since retired from the daily grind to focus on my family and in that time have found that my community could use my services. Instead of having a large group come to a professional kitchen to learn to cook by watching me, I’ve decided to teach cooking in a more intimate setting; your own home. Learn one on one cooking techniques with an executive chef through patience and tutelage. Learn your favorite recipes or choose from my prepared courses. Chef Daniel Taylor is classically trained in all areas of the culinary arts with over 20 years of professional experience. He has worked in and owned restaurants in the Triangle and abroad to critical acclaim. Currently a full-time dad, he wishes to bring the art and joy of cooking to people in their own kitchens.
